Yes.

You also have discs from

Brembo, EBC that fit on the C1, 107 and Aygo

Do you have any idea if it is possible to put brake disks at the rear wheels?
I guess this could improve the braking a lot more ...

I don't think so unless you can make a mount for the brake caliper. you might need other brake lines too.
